Certified instructors interact with each officer candidate through lectures, role- playing, and scenario training. The McLane curriculum covers a broad range of topics such as: basic security operations, officer’s authority, legal guidelines, public safety, communications, report writing, bomb recognition, public relations, CCTV monitoring, CPR, and first aid.
